I had a leaking release valve that was needing to be replaced, so I called my Home Warranty program. The company they sent was Drain Busters. I was given a 6 hour window of when they "should" arrive.
After 4 hours, a guy arrived in a pickup truck with no supplies, despite my initial call telling them what was wrong. The guy came in, looked at my pipe which was obviously leaking, took a picture, and wrote down information about the heater underneath it. Then he took my $100 deductible, and left.
I waited 4 and a half hours and paid a hundred bucks, for a guy to take a cursory look and refer it to someone else.
Save yourself the time and choose someone else the first time.
