From 0ctober 2010 to April 2011 I tried to book a service that they couldn't seem to book. I was met with resistance every step of the way. I was told by the assistant manager "Do you know how many people work here? Do you know how hard it is for everyone to know everything?" Every time I called to try to confirm why I couldn't get my service booked, no one could find my service in the system. The receptionists were friendly, but just had no idea what was going on. When I finally did get a hold of the assistant manager she was extremely unprofessional and rude. I was looking forward to my services here, but I could not get past the rude customer service and unprofessionalism. I will never go back and I recommend everyone does not either.
