I bought a hot tub here about a year ago and they were very knowledgeable. I've had it for about 10 years and they're pretty quick to respond when there is an issue. The only caution I would give if you are considering purchasing a hot tub. Aside from chemicals, maintenance can be very expensive. The covers generally crack and need to be replaced every 5 years, along with other parts like the circuit board and heating element. And parts are very expensive. I've never paid less than $300 to get something fixed and the covers run about $600.
