my husband looked at the starter and the silinoid was broken. He didn't have the tools to fix it or even work on it since he's active duty military. We had it towed to this run down automachanic and after my husband left 30 minutes later they called us and said it's not the starter it must be something else. Marcus told my husband it would be anywhere from 75 to 200.00 to do diagnostic and hour. we decided to do it. an Hour and half later my husband called they said it was still running diagnostic. Turns out it was wires that were corrodid in the houseing(Right next to the starter) Obvious that could be seen. 80 cent piece. We get their and this lady who had been waiting for her reg. inspection done for an hour and half. Soon as they heard her. They told her that hers was next, She had been overlooked. They tried to charge us 500 bucks for an 80 cent piece and when my husband told them there was no way it took 4 hours b/c it's right next to the starter and that they should have seen it
