They really don't even deserve 1 star. I called this company for a windshield replacement and was notified at a later time that the technician had injured himself and couldn't come. I called the company back to reschedule and to see if they could offer me a discount because I had waited all this time and could've gone with Safelite. Brian the manager was very rude and had no interest in assisting me. He then told me that he wouldn't send out someone who was injured and I told him I would never expect him to but I just wanted to get maybe $10 off the price since they weren't coming and by this time I couldn't have anyone else come. Brian was very rude and raised his voice to me on the phone. I was appalled at how he treated me. I was just simply asking for them to appreciate that I had waited on them all day and now I couldn't get my window replaced. Brian then raising his voice at me stated "" well how bout this, why don't you call safelite and have them do it. I don't want your business."" Then he hung up on me. Very rude and definitely lacking any customer service skills what so ever. I did call safelite and I was very pleased and NO ONE was rude to me! more
