I called Rafail's Heating & Cooling at 9.00pm in the evening, because my furnace was not working. He came within 20 minutes and did a wonderful job. Not many professionals would come out at that time of night. I am so thankful to Rafail, and if I need something like this fixing again, I know who to call.\r
