I could have overlooked that Dan was a chatty-cathy. He spent at least 25% of the time he was at my house talking instead of working. He couldn't get the drain cleared but managed to turn a slow drain into a completely blocked drain.
What really burned me up was him presenting me with a gallon of enzymes for $50. Never gave me the option of refusal. It just showed up on the final invoice. He said it was part of the quoted price. but, there it was on the invoice as a separate product. I'm sure that is a high profit item for him. Should have called Parkey's.
