Got a call a couple of weeks later about the edge of the dial surface being old and "should be" replaced but not "necessary". This is that area on the edge under the sapphire face. (The watch is about 6 years old) I declined it. Weeks later, my watch arrives and the bezel shows obvious signs of half of the dial being sanded CLEAN. I mean the numbers were GONE!!!\r

You would think that this was a situation where they should have conveyed it to me way before, instead of being vague and not tell me that it was damaged by their tech SANDING IT already and just put it back together. ( I will qualify this comment later)\r
