Purpose of this is to inform you of my experience with your salesperson, Darren. My wife and I met with many different companies regarding the replacement of our air conditioning unit until we met with Darren. We decided to choose a new carrier system through your company and though we had many options to our advantage, we made a decision to purchase our new unit as a direct result of conversation with Darren. We found him to be very personable and appreciate the time he took to educate us on many options. Darren took the time to meet with us on many occasions, as well as be available to our many phone calls throughout our installation process. he was an integral part in making our experience a pleasant one.
