My Mitsubishi 52"" was making noise and picture quality was failing. Over the phone they provided a possible issue but stated they needed to send someone out and quoted all costs associated. It turned out to be what they thought, got back to me with cost to repair, ordered part, came back and picked up the TV, repaired in a day and brought it back, set it back up to my surround sound and it looks great.
From Hiedi to Ramon, all very professional, honest to their word and quote and worked around MY schedule. They got it done so we can watch March Madness. These guys are great and I found them through a Google search.
