Slow and overpriced service was my first experience. After paying and receiving the car, I discovered a piece had been broken. The manager was uninterested in helping me and had me call him back numerous times to remind him to find the part he broke. When he couldn't find it, he settled on a quick fix which didn't work. After this he gave up and basically told me to find a part and fix it myself.
