I only used this location a few times, and I eventually stopped going here because of the poor treatment I recieved. I will first say at least they were professional about the actual paperwork. However their customer service skills were AWFUL...They would talk on the phone to personal friends and family...Meanwhile making you wait AT the window..until they finished..or told the other person to "hang on". They would talk to each other about personal buisness while waiting on me making me feel like I was not even there. They would show "preference" in treatment of one customer over the other. They made me feel like I was an INTRUPTION to their day. Now if this only happened once, hey we all have bad days...But it happened EVERY time. I now go to a different Check-n-go..that is further from my home...but at least I feel like I'm treated as a person.
