I don't know what that other reviewer is talking about. They just sound like a troll. My family and I have been going to Dr. Safvi since she opened Verbena, and we have been totally satisfied with their care, and I am picky! I have two young boys who were 7 and 9 when we started going there and they have no problems with how they are treated, and they actually don't mind going to the dentist. I was impressed because Dr. Safvi does a lot of the work that a Dental Tech normally does, which really impressed me. We have always been very happy with Verbena, so don't let that other reviewer sway your opinion. It sounds like they just have an axe to grind. Like I said, probably just a troll anyway.
