I had front-end damage to my 2005 F-150. When I went to pick it up I noticed several parts still missing and the truck still looked like it had been in an accident. I left the truck to have the missing parts added, but when I went to pick up the truck it still did not look right. I also then noticed that parts were still missing from the front apron. At this point, I took the truck back and went to the Ford dealer body shop. They found an additional $2500 of damage that had not been repaired. The biggest issue was the frame was still bent. The Ford body shop was able to show me that the frame was still off by more than 1 inch in some places. This was after Creason had already said they fixed the frame.\r

Creason should get out of the body shop business.
