This vet tore my cat's trachea during a dental examination. This required $2000 in emergency veterinary fees. Banfield denied responsibility and refused to reimburse me the cost of the dental, release me from my wellness plan or contribute to any part of his emergency expenses. I'd avoid Banfield, and this clinic in particular, at all costs.
