I went in on a Saturday for acute jaw pain because I couldn't wait for my appointment at another office the next week. I received the same care and diagnosis I got from my regular dentist. She has a light touch with the novocaine and only numbed the area causing pain (no drooling from numb lips - a first). She told me how to better manage the pain so I am in much better shape, not having to ice the location constantly, and therefore being able to sleep. She came up with the same diagnosis as my regular dentist, i.e., that my problem exceeded the skills of a general practitioner, but took the extra step of setting up an appointment with a specialist. I would definitely return for regular dentistry work.
