COMPLETELY unsatisfactory service. UNBELIEVABLE. i took my car in and was given a pickup date for 9 days later. which was then moved to 11 days later and then 12 days later and now 17 days later. each time i have called in to ask what time i can pick my car up the man working on my car (whose name is dennis) has lied to me about what is going on with the car, coming up with excuses for why they are moving the date again (such as 'ummm we are just busy..you know?') he has even lied to me about a dent on the side of the car that he 'didn't see before and must have been from something else' when in fact he had FORGOTTEN to fix it. after speaking to the manager all of his lies were unearthed and i can garuntee you that i am not a happy customer. and i ABSOLUTLY DO NOT recommend that anyone ever take their car to Mander. more
