A word to anyone considering Dave Spangler for a pool contractor. Run, Run to another dealer as fast as you can go. Does not return calls...had to get an attorney to deal with his unsatisfactory work, Pool still unsatisfactory. Concrete work substandard at best. Take my advise....pick another contractor.
