I first brought my cat, Scout to here a few years ago because it was in my neighborhood and she needed to be spayed. They took excellent care of her. Several months later she started getting sores and swelling in and around her mouth, they diagnosed her with eosinophilic granuloma complex and have done a wonderful job treating her. At first she was afraid of her kennel and going to the doctors (like any cat) but now she is almost excited to go and not afraid at all, she loves the doctors (particularly Dr. Frost and Dr. Nolte) and staff there, and they know us by name! Even though I am no longer living in the same neighborhood and they are a little out of our way, I refuse to take her anywhere else because I know she won't get better care than she does at pacific veterinary hospital.
