All the apartments are run down! Wildly over priced even if utilities are included. All the aprtments are coverd in mold, and the leasing staff is extremely rude and cares nothing about your comfort or rights as a tennant. If you do move here pray that you dont have any mantinance issues cause they take months to get finished and all the while the leasing staff is telling you why its your fault. And really hope that you dont have any problems with neighbors cause those for sure will never be resolved. You will be told to go knock on doors to figure out where noise is coming from and then call you a liar when you cant figure it out. Rather than figure it out them selves (which i might add is their JOB) the tell you they will put up notes to try and stop it and will put them on the wrong building repeatedly and rather then try again for the right building they say woops my bad deal with it. \r
