We recently took my daughters car in for service on what we thought was a computer problem since that was what the dealer told us when the same problem hapened last summer. This time we took it to Reston Automotive and after a couple of days driving it and testing it out they fixed it and we picked it up.($900.00). After driving it for a day the problem was still there althought slightly different. We took it back and Butch, Jamie, Neil, Mike and the whole team worked with us for several more days and figured out what was causing the issue and finished the work at no additional charge. They are a top rate company that cares about their customers and I will certainly be returning for service. They are not the least expensive company (about the same as the dealer and sometimes a little more) but good service is worth it.
