this place is a mess. been 3 weeks and still haven't replaced a pull string on the engine. said it would be done in 3 days. No one ever has answers and their salesmen was the only one there once and couldn't even look to see if the string was on yet. 5 days from launch and no engine. no looking good guys. been there 3 times and all 3 were terrible. will drive farther to a different service shop. Don't us them. they suck
