I had a few different issues with my shoulder, elbow and back. I had visited 8 different Doctors for my various conditions but the pain and discomfort kept coming back. Finally a friend referred me to DMC Athletics and Rehabilitation in Morristown and it changed my life!
First of all, you dont even need to see a Doctor or get a prescription to be seen by a physical therapist! Secondly, all three of my problem issues were addressed and after only 5 sessions, I felt 100% better!
After I was discharged from therapy a few weeks later, I decided to stay on and try personal training. I fell in love with the trainers, the atmosphere, and the way I felt after my training session was over. I honestly can say I am still a client and literally am excited to get up and go train!
