The hygenists are thorough and nice but on several occasions have gone too far in the down right lecturing on flossing, techniques and products. You're there on your day off and do regularly floss but they insist on lecturing on how you are doing it wrong and your results are just awful. They do not stop and don't get the hint that you are done listening. I'm all for education but no one needs to be chewed out by them. I've had dentist come in and actually diplomatically back them off by saying that they have trouble too. Really needs to change.
