De-Les Body Shop is one of the most nicest body shop I have experienced. I stop by for an estimate @ 5:30 ....yup closing time. It looked like they where almost out the door. The receptionst was nice enough to say no problem and said yes they would give me an estimate The estimator took time asking me how the accident happen. I must say now that is customer service. \r

I dropped off my vehicle for the repairs first thing Monday morning. They even gave me a schuttle ride to work. \r
Later that day I was given a update on my vehicle, stating there was unseen additional damage. Well my insurnace company was paying for it But it was nice that they informed me of the more damage. \r

My vehicle repairs looks perfect I couldn't be happier. The customer service is excellent. I will seriously recommend Da-Les Body Shop to my friend and coworker.
