We had a bad experience here. We really feel like they ripped us off. My husband went in and said he wanted them to do a wheel alignment for our truck. They said ok and took the truck back to their service center. Then the guy came out saying they couldn't do the alignment unless we purchased some parts the truck ""supposedly"" needed. When we said we didn't want the alignment afterall, he charged $40 just for telling us the truck needed those parts. My husband explained that we didn't ask for them to ""diagnose"" our truck . Simply for the alignment, and since they couldn't do the alignment, we should get our money back. But the man was rude and refused. DO NOT go here! We were VERY upset and are now out $40 bucks!
