Scott is an awesome trainer. His knowledge and understanding of the human body and which exercises should be paired to complement each other, ensures that you have a great workout each time. He is also innovative in coming up with new exercises to make each session exciting and he motivates you to push yourself to accomplish more from each workout. Unlike many trainers, he stays focused on you throughout the session, making sure that you are getting the most out of your time.
