I brought my bad sewing machine motor with me to make sure they have the correct replacement motor. The sales person looked at it and guaranteed me that they have the same motor but not a used one only new one. I purchased the motor and took it home only to find out they sold me the wrong motor. I returned it two hours after I purchased it and they won't give me a refund stating that the sale was final. I explained that it was there fault for selling me the wrong one when I brought the original motor in to make sure this wouldn't happen. I will never go back to them and never recommend them and I will report them to the Better Business Bureau.
