I had several parties at Tumblebugs years ago but the place has gone downhill. Last time I went there for a party, it was filthy, the floor was sticky and it was covered with ants. The place is poorly managed and the staff is quick to remind you that you are lucky to have booked a party there because they have to turn people away. It's bad enough that the facility is dirty, but to add horrific customer service on top of it makes this place unbearable. Go elsewhere - you will be better off.
