After being persuaded to go here by a co-worker ( who has since changed her opinion ), I was brainwashed about the excellence of Sony. When I had trouble with my purchase, I was told to ""call Sony - they will help you."" Needless to say, Sony did nothing for me. I would strongly recommend staying away from Steger Tv and their Sony products.
