Everyone in our group had trouble with the ball return,it kept getting stuck time after time delaying our games.\r
After this went on for about an hour they finally moved us to different lanes where there was some imnprovement and then we were all finished and it came time to pay the bill no one offered any kind of discount for our horrible lane service and when I asked if there was anything that could be done about it the answer was ""there is nothing I can do about it"".\r
Poor customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
