This place has really gone south. It seems to of taken on the personality of a cranky old women, hence the name Louisa's. From the second you come up to the door they have a signs stating no tanks tops on men which I find understandable but they seem to have alot of rules posted just about every from the coat closet to the menu. They will not let you split a check or let you pay with multiple debit cards. This generation does not carry cash, a couple of us had to run across the street (nearly getting hit by a semi) to hit a cash station. They really need a cash station in the front entrance is they are going to have this policy. This type of thing creates issues with the check if your out with a bunch of people. Who wants to have to put the whole bill on someones else's card and have everyone else owe them. We the customer should not have to do your accounting Louisa just so you can save a few bucks on credit fees. One of the women at our table asked for a different pasta with her Veil Parmesan and they straight up said no. The coat closet had a sign saying they will donate your jacket if you leave it there, which I don't believe needs to be said. They even made the table next to us move because they were closing the dinning area at 10. Ultimately the feeling of eating there is very uncomfortable, I will tell everyone I know not to goto this place. The pizza is ok but Lou Malinatis is much less hassle. Louisa if you don't want people to come you your restaurant your on the right path.
