Dr. Ast is a great doctor who is very good at what he does and he's very caring for his patients. Those qualities about him make him a great doctor.
HOWEVER, his staff is VERY unprofessional and VERY RUDE! You would figure that they would know that they get paid because the patients come see Dr. Ast. But they are just deterring patients from coming to see him.
If Dr. Ast were to be reading this review, I hope he realizes he could probably retain more patients if he fired his whole staff and hire staff people who are as good as he is.
