these people prepared my taxes and mistakenly efiled my federal and state refund to the WRONG checking account! Then they lied to me about it saying my refunds were flipped to a paper check! This set my refunds back to over a month even longer for state. No excuse for this. Unprofessional! $100??? For this service?!?!? BS!
