This shop ruined my $400 blazer by washing it instead of dry-cleaning it. The owner, Sulma and her husband Jonathan are unprofessional, irresponsible people. When I called them to discuss my jacket, they denied making any mistake and hung up on me. When I called back I was redirected to a fax machine. They shrunk the blazer by almost 2 sizes! I can not wear it any more. I told Sulma that I will write a review to share my experience with others, she hysterically laughed at me and said she does not care. Many small dry cleaning shops send business to Chelsea Dry Cleaner, so make sure and ask your dry-cleaning shop if they send them theirs.
