I have been doing business with Mark and Debbie from Appliance Plus for the last 15+ years. I have NEVER HAD A PROBLEM with the service that Mark has provided. Not only has he provided SERVICE IN A TIMELY MANNER but he has always GONE ABOVE AND BEYOND what the problem is! \r
I cannot tell you the number of times that our washer or dryer has had an issue, usually in the Summertime when it was 90 or so degrees outside (which is where my washer and dryer are) only to have Mark spend hours in the heat making sure that my appliances are running properly. Not only would he fix the problem on the one I was calling about, but he would give the other a lookover just to make sure everything was running properly.\r
When my 30 year old washer and dryer finally gave out Mark SAVED MEAT LEAST $400 I was about to purchase a bottom of the line washer and dryer from K-Mart I called Mark to find out if it was worth it. Mark had a pair of top of the line Whirlpool washer and dryers that I purchased both for the price I would've paid for one at the store. This is the KIND OF SERVICE that Mark has consistantly provided for me in the years that I have been doing business with Appliance Plus.\r
Mark helped us install our water heater, has fixed my refridgerator and hooked up my dishwasher. I feel like he is part of the family. I CAN CALL HIM ANYTIME and he ALWAYS COMES THROUGH! \r
When you find a company that you can count on you stick with them. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Appliance Plus and have to all of my friends. \r
Appliance Plus is a company that you can put into your phone book as the first response to a broken appliance. Its like having a brother in the business!\r
