My family lost our beautiful grandmother last Friday night and my family was by her bedside. Due to liimited parking, my sister temporarily parked her car in a neighbor's vacant house driveway. The house is empty-has a lock box on the door. Sky Valley Towing towed her car and charged her 350 dollars to bail it out-even after hearing about our family's grieving and loss of a family member. The owner was rude and his assistant said ""I don't need to hear this!"" The owner said ""I'm gonna make you pay!"" They are all about the almighty dollar and care nothing about their customers or their reputation. Too bad people like this are even allowed to have a business. From the past review, it sounds like they are untruthful and unethical. Please save yourselves and go to any other towing business. Sky Valley Towing will try to take advantage of you any way they can! P.s. They don't even deserve a half of a star but you have to choose at least one in order to publish this review.
