I took my sons letterman jacket to have patches put on. I purchased the patches from them and had them embroider them on. \r

They quoted me 4 weeks or less on lead time. It took 6 weeks, and at that.. they left my sons 1st name off of the jacket and the last name was done in the incorrect style.\r
We took in a photo of my other sons jacket that she had previously done 3 years prior. We showed her the font and style we wanted and she said she could do it.\r
When I picked up the jacket, it is completley different. She proceeded to argue with me that she did not do the other jacket of my older son. And she did. We only went there because a friend of mine referred me to her. NEVER AGAIN.\r
Like I said, it took 6 weeks and it wasn't even right. She only wanted to give me a $4 dollar credit for the 1st name she left off and would not credit me for the last name that was incorrect style. I strongly DO NOT recommend any one use this company. They have no clue about customer service or honoring what they advise they can and will do.
