When I arrived, he was detailing a truck, he stopped to talk to me, I explained what happened, then he brought his buffer and wax over and did a small area to see if he could do the job. He told me to come back in the morning so he could do a 3-step buff (it was late afternoon when I was there), my yukon turned out perfect! He did the huge job in less than 3 hours and gave me a great price.
