Leaving for NY tomorrow but taking the kids back for a 3rd time. It's an interactive type of restaurant. You pick a steak (the fillets are great) or chicken from the inhouse butcher and cook them yourself hibachi style on a large grill in the center of the room. My kids love this place and so do I. Of course, I'm a guy, and I love to cook meat on open fire! The wife on the other hand is on vacation and rather just sit down and knock back a few glass of red wine, no problem I LOVE GRILLING! and so do the kids. You can make your own Texas (garlic) toast too, and had a taste of the wife's prime rib, also great.
