I ran out of oil today. This is the first time in my long life that has ever happened. I called Bursaw and explained the situation to the office manager, Katherine. Even though I am a relatively new customer (first delivery, which went very smoothly) was in January of this year, and even though Bursaw had already delivered oil to my town this morning before I realized I was out of oil, Katherine immediately started searching for a way to get oil delivered today to rescue us. The rest of the office staff have also been courteous and kind.
You might wonder why I ran out of oil: it's because I did not use their automatic delivery option. Lesson learned!
