I have brought my jewelry here a couple times in the past, and up until today, I have always been satisfied with the results of the repairs. They really showed their true colors today, however. The manager told me to my face that she felt I am an unpleasant customer, and then proceeded to tell the other customers in the store that I am disagreeable and offensive. First of all, when your entire job is about customer service, this is a terrible way to gain trust and keep business. Second, who do they think they are to stab customers in the back? If this is what they say about their customers, imagine what they do to your jewelry. I will never bring my jewelry back to them again for repair. more
