When I turned 50 years old, I scheduled a colonoscopy and ended up throwing up the phospho-soda, slipped on that, and ended up landing hard on my sacrum. Doc Nick and his massage therapist, Dawn, worked with me to help relieve the pain.\r

I recently slipped on a puddle that caused a lumbo sacral sprain strain! Ouch - I was in SO much PAIN that no amount of Advil was taking affect. I could hardly stand up straight.
