I hired R J Construction [Rick] to do a good size make over on my house - to make things even harder I decided to live in the house while the construction was going on. Not an easy thing to do. Rick did good work for me and I thought he treated me fairly on the change orders. By the way if you haven't had construction done on your house before - change orders are where these guys get you. \r

I had four major surprises that the were either missed by the architect, dry rot related or just last second design changes. In each case Rick was more than fair. I would use Rick again without hesitation.
