Despite numerous phone calls, faxes and letters.... it is impossible to get anyone to service our lease. The right hand says you have to talk to the left & visa-versa. The past 3 years have been a nightmare. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get an answer.\r

They won't provide payoff info, they won't send the title to a car that has been paid off for 5 months!\r

I now must resort to a lawsuit. I would NEVER recommend using this company for a loan or lease.
