Jon, my regular service adviser was able to squeeze me in for an appointment for a headlight, so I would not be driving illegally. He was going to be out on the day of my appointment, so he had Shevawn work with me instead.... this worked out perfectly. After leaving the dealership, I got fuel in my car and noticed the fuel door was not staying closed. I called Shevawn immediately and she said she would take care of it promptly and get me in for the next appointment next week that would work for me. The only day which would work was Tuesday, so she and Jon worked it so that I could come in even though the schedule was packed.
I am so appreciative that service advisers like Jon and Shevawn treat me like a VIP customer and that my business at Countryside VW matters. It is because of THIS level of service that I continue to have my vehicles serviced here. All five of my VWs have been serviced at Countryside and it is likely that the next five will be too, provided that I get to work with people like Jon and Shevawn, who CARE about the customer.
