I ordered flowers to be delivered to my daughter and was guar anted that they would be delivered by early afternoon. I received a call from a rude employee at 7:20 that night telling me that they were not delivered and she would do me a favor and redeliver the next day and would not charge an additional delivery fee!!! You have got to be kidding. I asked for the owner and was told that Mort was in las Vegas and would call me in the morning. I left 7 messages and no call back. On to top it off They charged my American express card. Try a different florist!
