My experience with Klimate was good. The only thing was the guy left to take care of some personal things and left in the middle of the work. He left us hanging for a little bit, so that's why I gave him a 4, I guess.
Also, part of the installation that he did was incorrect and caused the furnace to fail. He was good about coming back to remedy that, but I wasn't real thrilled about that. He came back to fix what was wrong, but only after a little bit of prompting, as it was an after hours thing. He ended up coming back and making things right, but the customer service could have been a little better in that respect, I guess.
