My family has purchased 6 vehicles over the last decade from Leith Acura and I recently purchased my first car. During my first trip to look at Leith, I dealt with Gerome Williams. In subsequent dealings Gerome was extremely unprofessional. He accused me of trying to ""screw him over"" and told me I needed to get over a $1500 price difference. Had it not been for an observant Service Member, Leith would have lost my business. Fortunately, my complaints were taken to management who contacted me and worked to make things right. Bill Sharp, a manager, worked with me to understand my complaints, desires in a car, and financial situation. Bill was upfront about the price ranges I could afford and helped me to find my perfect new (used) car. Bill then turned the sale over to Will Ellis, who was excellent. Will was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful in answering my questions. In addition to the excellent service I received from Bill and Will, a key factor in my decision to give Leith a second chance was the Service Department (I took the car my parents allowed me to drive, a Honda Civic, to Leith for service). All of the Service Members are professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. They always ensure that you understand all of the details so that you can make the best decision regarding your vehicle. Rafael Prado, in particular, is always professional and personable! Bottom line: if you want a luxury car for a good price and an excellent service department, Leith is the way to go!
