I drove around downtown Redwood City looking to get a bite for lunch and landed at Ed's Sub. This sandwich shop caters mostly to the local business lunch crowd. It looks like a family run business.
The sandwich I got was a pastrami on a toasted dutch crunch roll. It came with this garlicky sauce which elevated it to the next level. A far better sandwich than the one I usually get a Whole Food nearby. A great value too- my sandwich came to $5.50!
